Rosa Briggs
I have been involved in the real estate industry since 1996; working in various roles of property management, accounting, marketing, management, commercial real estate & residential mortgage loans. The decision to pursue mortgage lending came in 2005 and I knew right away how much I loved helping homeowners finance their dreams!
My experiences have provided practical, well-rounded instruction on the entire loan process which is an immeasurable asset to all my clients. My clients speak highly of their experiences and appreciate my timely correspondence, clear communication, professionalism and detailed approach.
I have been married for 15 year with two beautiful children, ages 12 & 13. We enjoy spending our time together playing board games, engaging in sports, watching movies & seeing new things and places. I grew up in Lynnwood/Edmonds (after moving from Montana in Middle School) and now reside in the Snohomish/Mill Creek area.
Introducing my clients to the many benefits of homeownership is my passion and joy! Financial and emotional stresses are real in a purchase or refinance transaction.
