These seminars are sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (www.wshfc.org).  These 5-hour seminars are taught by a real estate agent and loan officer that have attended the WSHFC education.  Upon completion, all attendess receive a WSHFC Certificate that is required to use their special, first-time homebuyer loan programs & down payment assistance.
